The majority of focus in talent acquisition over the last two decades has been on identifying the right talent through job posting, marketing and social media. The next decade will be about motivating that talent to take action.

Once you identify the talent, how will you determine the right time and the right message to elicit a positive response?

With so many candidates ignoring the outreach of recruiters, Talent Acquisition teams must know when and why potential candidates experience a disruption in their personal or professional lives that might trigger the desire to explore new opportunities. This discovery allows for your TA teams to be more predictive and proactive in their outreach to talent.

See how Northwestern Mutual is leveraging cyclical and spontaneous disruptions to fuel our ability to source and engage talent.
