9:40 am - 10:20 am

In a world muddled with information overload, coupled with the fact that unemployment rates are low, competition is fierce, and we’re faced with ever-changing expectations from candidates, it can be hard to stand out from the crowd. That is why we have to make the candidate experience as personalized, relevant and differentiated as possible to ensure that candidates walk away with a positive impression of a company’s culture and identity, whether they get the job or not.  This session will cover the strategies and tactics deployed by Abbott to build a positive candidate experience that reflects the company’s brand identity and lessons learned along the way.

You will learn:

  • One size does not fill all – personalization and differentiation are key
  • Listen to your customer – invaluable insights can be gained from your candidates
  • Harness the “right” technology – Don’t go for the latest/coolest item in the market; it needs to align with your goals and vision.
