About Greg Karr

Greg Karr is Executive Vice President of Seven Step RPO. He has more than 20 years experience within the recruitment industry and currently leads the company’s client acquisition and business development strategies. His areas of expertise include: sales, business development, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, recruitment process consultation, and client relationship management. Prior to joining Seven Step, he served in various leadership roles with Motion Recruitment Partners, a leading North American IT staffing services firm. He is an active advocate for the needs of individuals with Autism and their families (please visit: usautism.org and littlefriendsinc.com). Greg was named an RPO Superstar by HRO Today in 2013. He is a graduate of Gordon College and lives in Chicago, IL.

Karin Wagner joined the Talent Acquisition team at UnitedHealth Group in 2008. She recently took over the UnitedHealth Group Talent Automation and Machine Intelligence and Transformation effort. Prior to this role, Karin led the High Volume Recruitment and Talent Intelligence functions delivering over 20,000 hires a year.  She has an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.  Karin is passionate about talent impacting business results and intensely focuses on effective talent processes that drive excellence in both outcomes and experience.

Jason Munoz is Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Weatherford, one of the world’s largest multinational oilfield service companies. He has more than 20 years of experience organizing high-value, high-profile international recruiting efforts for Fortune 500 companies. Working with extremely talented teams, he has designed, implemented, and launched high-touch recruitment and development models, including aggressive recruiting campaigns in competitive markets for quality candidates. He partnered to build an international recruitment firm focused on technical and transitioning veteran recruitment that saw the placement of over 3,000 veterans into meaningful oil and gas careers. In his spare time, Jason enjoys coaching minor hockey, helping develop kids’ skills, team work, and respect on and off the ice.

About Kerry Karle

Kerry Karle is a senior vice president and the head of international talent acquisition, global mobility & immigration for Wells Fargo for the past 4 years.  Based out of Denver, Colorado, Kerry’s responsibilities include developing and delivering against the recruitment strategy for Wells Fargo international to enable business growth for the bank, including managing 12,000+ hires annually across 36+ lines of business, 40 countries and managing over 100 short and long-term international assignments annually and 500+ employees on business visas.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she had 20+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition and broader Talent Management from a variety of different organizations having been a recruiter within a recruitment agency,  managed in-house Talent Acquisition teams for Fortune 500 companies, to building talent acquisition best-practice solutions as a principal HR consultant for both technology and management consulting firms, to managing large-scale Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services for 20+ global companies and 90,000 hires annually.

Kerry holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, an HR Certificate from UC San Diego, and has lived and worked in 3 countries outside of the United States (U.K., Guatemala and Cost Rica).
