10:35 am - 11:05 am

Finding and hiring the right talent is particularly challenging in today’s hyper-competitive talent market. Most organizations look exclusively outward for solutions when very often they should be looking inward. It’s well known that internal candidates are (on average) higher quality candidates, but so few are enabling the free flow of talent within their organizations in a systematic, strategic fashion.

In this session you will:

  • Get a birds-eye view of the current internal mobility landscape.
  • Consider how new technology and processes can increase visibility of internal opportunities.
  • Discuss how to build the case for change and liberate employees to pursue their careers in your organization.
