About Jacqueline Sporar

Jacqueline Sporar is a Director of Talent Acquisition at Fresenius Medical Care North America, the premier health care company focused on delivering the highest quality care to people with renal and other chronic conditions.  Jackie oversees hiring for the Fresenius Kidney Care East Division, Azura (formerly Fresenius Vascular) and Renal Research Institute businesses.  Jackie oversees the development and execution of proactive recruiting strategies that enable her teams to attract and retain talent for the organization, while mentoring and developing a high-performing recruiting team.

Prior to joining Fresenius, Jackie spent 15 years at HSBC Bank USA, N.A., one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations serving 51 Million customers in over 72 countries, in a variety of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources roles.  Most recently, she was VP, HR Transformation Global Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead.

Jackie obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Roosevelt University with a concentration in Human Resources Management.  She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an active SHRM member.  Jackie is also a certified yoga instructor and enjoys volunteering her time by teaching yoga.
